The energy of the staff here is infectious! They were respectful and attentive. The location was very convenient, near the highway and late-night eateries. I loved the well-stocked breakfast bar, and the breakfast lady was so efficient and kind. This hotel will definitely be my go-to in Charlotte!

Truly enjoyed clean and impressive rooms.

The total stay was quite comfortable for one night. The location was great, for example, Spirit of Liberty Church was not too far away from the hotel. The venue was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport. The staff was very pleasant, as for 3-stars hotel.

The location was MARVELLOUS and comfortable, near an industrial park, quiet, good service and an FANTASTIC complimentary breakfast, the Billy Graham Library and the city center. The queen room was stocked for the sink or shower.

We had a fun family getaway at this hotel, just a quick drive to Carowinds Amusement Park. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a hit, with plenty of options to start our day right.

In my kids' opinion, the pool area could be larger for more playing space.

Request a room away from hallways to avoid noise disturbances, especially during the night.

It was as expected, had a comfortable stay for one night.

Staff very professional and friendly hotel was very nive and clean. Room was clean and comfortable. eating area was fabulous enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel offers spacious units with a comfortable bedroom and a fantastic shower.

I had brand-new and huge room complete with the bedroom, all expected amenities, the sink or shower. There were a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator too.

The morning continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise as far as choice & quality. Fresh fruit, yogart, scrambled eggs & more. Extremely clean kitchen and attentive staff. This was the best part of this hotel.

Although we received a free upgrade to a suite because this was the last room available, the room had a funny smell to it that lingered throughout our stay.

The room cleanliness impressed me, with every corner thoroughly inspected. Comfy beds. Morning breakfast had plenty of options but could use some enhancements, like more pastries or hot dishes. Quick check-in and check-out process made things easy. One issue, though, I noticed a weird smell in the hallway, almost musty. The noise from the pool area traveled into our room. The location was excellent for visiting nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, we encountered a preventable noise issue-an loud beeping in the hallway that disrupted our check-in experience and continued throughout the night. We attempted to drown it out with the TV and pillows over our ears, yet sleep was hard to come by. The gazebo's loose boards presented a safety concern. Nails had rotted through. There was also an issue with thermostat motion activation, uncomfortable since the temperature adjusted back to 74 degrees when we returned to our room after being out. Not exactly the comfy vibe you'd hope for after a long day out.
